When did Appleton elect the Milwaukee City Council?

Appleton’s council voted Wednesday to add a $20 wheel tax to vehicle registrations for cars kept in city limits, but residents in neighboring communities should pay attention.

Many car owners in Harrison, Grand Chute and Greenville have Appleton addresses and will be assessed the fee if they have not accurately reported where the vehicle is “customarily kept.”
