Will Walker deny Wisconsin thousands of jobs and over $1 billion of economic investment to appease Republicans in Iowa? Will his presidential ambition trump Wisconsin’s interests?
Madison — Influential social conservatives in Iowa are warning Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker that approving a proposed Kenosha casino subsequent month could hurt his presidential bid.
In a single of the first tests of his second term, Walker will have to decide by Feb. 19 whether or not to approve the $800 million project proposed by the Menominee tribe and backed by Challenging Rock International, owned by the Seminole tribe of Florida.
Yah, well, when you’re running for President, a few sacrifices have to be made. Walker is avoiding the Abortion Topic like the plague, ducking-and-running on right-to-work, and (so far) has actually increased the State payroll and spending.
Let’s not forget that he’s also kept Most Favored Labor Union status for firemen and cops while bitch-slapping public employees and teachers.
He also maintains a very low profile on Obozo’s body-slam of coal (although he did join a lawsuit on the matter.)
Hmmmmm.
One more thing: he walked away from the “gay marriage” thing, shrugging his shoulders and saying ‘it’s up to the court.’
No denunciation, not even criticism, of Crabb’s ridiculous decision.
In order to be President, he’ll sacrifice unborn babies, taxpayers, and the fundamental building-block of ALL civilizations.
Think it’s worth it?
“Will his presidential ambition trump Wisconsin’s interests?”
Do you really seriously think that’s even a question?!?
