Sigh…
(CNN)The Navy’s newest ship, the combat ship Milwaukee, broke down on Friday and had to to be towed to a base in Virginia, the Navy Times reports.
The ship was commissioned last month in Milwaukee and was on its way to its home port of San Diego. The long journey took it through the Great Lakes and to Halifax, Canada.
Just like its namesake under broken down liberal rule.
kevin
Maybe you should tell that to all the good shipwrights in Marinette that built the Milwaukee. Work a day in their shoes, get your hands dirty rather than make silly comments.
Old Baldy, do you even know where Isotta Fraschini marine engines are made? It’s an Italian Company
tof b:
You bet I know where the engines are made. And I know where all the parts were put together, and where the keel was laid. And the I know the guy who took it out for sea trials on Green Bay(retired navy Commander) Your point?
The point is you got caught trying to trash Kevin and you had no clue what you were talking about.
Now leave.
seeker:
I beg to differ. kevin tried to snark another bs comment, and got called on it. If he went to Marinette and did that bad mouth act he would have his hat handed to him by the hardworking guys that made the Milwaukee.
Now leave.
So, baldy, where is Kevin wrong?
Milwaukee is a broken city, virtually destroyed by liberals.
The ship, USS Milwaukee is under control by a broken president, who is a liberal who has no business being a commander in chief.
It’s a very good analogy.
Dan,
I went “wrong” by being “snarky” about liberal City of Milwaukee.
It’s one of those many hidden trip wires where a comment is verboten in liberal lexicon.
I like to purposely set off those liberal censor trip wires sometimes, since I miss the liberal censor/political correctness meetings. I seem to set the liberal political correctness trip wires off without even trying.
It’s very fascinating….the state of free exchange of ideas these days.
Kevin-
You’re characterizing the dialogue here as being ruled by a “liberal lexicon”? That there are liberal political correctness trip wires being placed here at B&S? And that your comments are setting them off? That seems odd.
Mike, stop bullying Kevin!
Mike,
My comments, sometimes politically incorrect, set off the moving trip wies of some of our liberal friends.
Just had supper with the dockmaster at Marinette Narine. He said the official evaluation is a poor clutch sensor decoupling mechanism resulted in a chipped gear. That shut down the power system when a change in pressure was detected in the lube/oil filter system.
It had nothing to do with liberals, the president or non-christians employees.
Hmmm, would this not be classified/secret information?
Apparently not.
Baldy said,
“It had nothing to do with liberals, the president or non-christians employees.”
True, but it still is a great metaphor for broken down City of Milwaukee under liberal rule.
kevin:
How so, oh great one? Be specific, provide details and references. Make the connection between a defective mechanical part and the City of Milwaukee. Pleaes enlighten us all.
Baldy,
OK, I will shoot fish in the barrel:
1.) Milwaukee Police chase policy on “minor” crime.
2.) Amount of Milwaukee Violent Crime.
3.) MMSD relentlessly polluting Lake Michigan.
4.) MPS…will not even elaborate on this failure.
There are so many defective parts in Milwaukee between Police Department management, the mayor, MPS, and MMSD, but it all comes back to the defective liberal leadrship.
kevin:
You had the chance and couldn’t even come up with one connection. The only thing you shot was your foot. Lucky thing you had it out of your mouth at the time.
Baldy,
The name of the broken down city and the broken down ship. Metaphor…consider looking it up.
kevin:
I knew what a metaphor was before you were born.
Now make the connection requested.
