After years of talking about it, Kwik Trip may finally be moving to West Bend.
Mayor Kraig Sadownikow said Thursday the La Crosse-based gas station and convenience store chain will make a presentation about a $2 million project to the city’s Plan Commission in January.
Kwik Trip spokesman Steve Roble said Thursday morning the company has been eyeing West Bend.
“We’ve been looking at West Bend for 10 or 15 years but nothing ever came of it,’ Roble said.
More details will likely be released before the January Plan Commission meeting, he said.
