There are some sick folks out there.
April M. Novak, 30, of Sussex faces 12 felony counts of sexual assault of a student by school staff. If convicted, she could face up to six years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000 on each count.
Novak remained in the Waukesha County Jail on $100,000 bail Tuesday. Court Commissioner Laura Lau ordered her to have no contact with anyone under the age of 18, including her own children.
According to the complaint, Novak is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse and oral sex with the teen in her classroom numerous times since mid-October. The boy told investigators that the two had agreed not to tell anyone about their sexual relationship.

Novak’s husband filed for divorce on Monday.
I feel bad for her husband. And I sure hope they don’t have any kids.
I sure hope the legal system treats her as harshly as it would a 30-year-old man sexually assaulting a minor girl (or minor boy, for that matter).
Bail conditions say something about no contact with anyone under 18, “including her own children”, so maybe they do have children.
Divorce file says “with minor children”. Unfortunately this scenario is not all that rare – young lady teachers throwing away their futures.
If the media were as ‘curious’ about this type of thing as they were the Catholic priest molestations, people would be shocked at how widespread this is.
