From the Washington County Insider.
Dec. 6, 2016 – In less than a week poll workers across Washington County, under the guidance of County Clerk Brenda Jaszewski, have successfully recounted the ballots from the 2016 presidential election.
Their findings showed President-Elect Donald Trump gained 11 votes and Democratic challenger Hillary Clinton lost 3 votes.
Pssst to Owen: While it’s true that the President-Elect has been making a lotta quotable comments lately, me-thinks you made a typo in this headline and actually meant “votes” instead. (Ya use speech-to-text, eh? :D )
Feel free to delete this once you see it
Reminded of old adage in WI:
“If there is anything we like better than a Packer win, it is a Bears loss”.
Hillary losing 3 votes is as exciting, if not more exciting, than Trump gaining 11 votes.
It is enjoying the instant replay of the winning touchdown all over again.
Maybe the offensive coordinator of Team Hillary, Jill Stein, should not have thrown the replay flag….
You are quite correct, penguin. I wish I could blame autocorrect, but it was just a brain fart.
