A man arrested outside Buckingham Palace armed with a 4ft sword repeatedly shouted “Allahu Akbar” as police struggled to subdue him, Scotland Yard has said.
Three unarmed officers were injured – two receiving cuts to their hands – while detaining the man just after 8.30pm on Friday. Police are treating the incident as suspected terrorism.
Scotland Yard said the man drove at a police van just outside Buckingham Palace in a blue Toyota Prius, and stopped in front of it.

Sword-Yielding Prius Driver Attacks Police
}
Don’t think it was the Prius that drove him to violence.
Why is “Muslim” or “Islamic” failed to be mentioned in the headline, but the make of car is?
Typical diversion liberal journalism. I rmember the 10-15 year ago time frame when journalists used to put “SUV” in any story involving accidents or idiocy like that parituclar brand of vehicle had its own personality of evil. I detest liberal journalism.
“Why is “Muslim” or “Islamic” failed to be mentioned in the headline, but the make of car is?

The actual headline of the story reads, “Buckingham Palace suspect with 4ft sword shouted ‘Allahu Akbar”, which would lead one to assume an Islamic connection.
Owen’s headline made reference to the car. I hope you’re no accusing him of being a liberal. :)
I’d defintitely give Owen benefit of doubt because he clealry understands the the danger of radical Islam. Most liberal journalists do not. They are gleefully ignorant of the violence of Islam.
It was a tongue in cheek slap at the way headline writers often blame the inanimate object; e.g. “SUV Crashes into house” and “Man killed by AR-15.”

I got it.
