Oregon Gov. Kate Brown said Monday that she’s ready to use her executive power to lower carbon emissions following a nine-day Republican walkout that derailed landmark climate legislation and embroiled the state in a political crisis pitting liberal cities against rural residents.
The Democratic governor said she wants to move forward through the executive branch if lawmakers can’t approve meaningful climate legislation. She directed her staff to go back to rural communities and industries over the next few months to find points of compromise on what would be the nation’s second statewide cap and trade program.

“Working on legislation is my preferred approach,” she told reporters. “However, given the uncertainty that now permeates Oregon’s political system, I am also directing my staff and agencies to explore alternative paths.”

If you don’t believe in CC/GW that’s fine. It’s a free country and you can believe whatever you want. But unlike religion, science uses the scientific method, observations, and the ability to repeat the same experiment to prove validity. Surely you have all benefited from the fruits of scientific endeavor; medicine, transportation, even the computer you use to spew ignorance.
If you don’t like the politics in OR, don’t go there. The governor of Oregon was duly elected by the voters, so the claim of dictatorship is another falsehood. If you think that coastal Oregonians aren’t “normal” Americans, prove it. What is your definition of normal?

Known Fact: NONE of the the climate models that you believe in have ever been validated and none of them are based on traditional mathematical statistics.
Known Fact: NOAA and NASA have been annually changing past actual observed temps down to make the minute rise in global temp appear much greater. IOW, screw past observations.
Known Fact: NOAA’s 2015 Global Annual Analysis claimed 2015 was the hottest global year on record at 58.62F, “beating the previous record warmth of 2014”, a notion loudly amplified, as usual, by Leftstream Mediots and GWScientologists like you Yet NOAA’s own GAA from 1997 stated the global temp in 1997 was 62.45F.
To paraphrase, if you are stupid enough believe in the lies and manipulations of your fellow GWScientologists, that’s fine. It a free country. But don’t expect the rest of us to bow down to – and pay for – your stupidity and religious zealotry.

Try the IPCC for discussions on climate models and their consistent and necessary use of the term “evaluation”, which GWScientologists like yourself somehow manage to confuse with “validation”. Then head over to NOAA and – whodda thunk! – check out their reports.
I know it’s hard and somewhat time consuming, numbnutz, but reading beyond the headlines and maybe doing just a little extracurricular investigation here and there can really help expand the mind.
