Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Brett Blomme, who was assigned to Children’s Court, was criminally charged March 17 with seven counts of child pornography in a graphic and disturbing complaint that alleges he downloaded videos of adult men having anal and oral sex with Asian and Caucasian toddlers and other male children, including a crying boy in a Mickey Mouse shirt.
He used the name “dommasterbb” to access the child porn, the complaint alleges. Two of the IP addresses used to download and share the porn were registered to the Milwaukee County government building, the complaint says.

Blomme, a well-known Democratic LGBTQ activist who was elected to the Milwaukee County bench in spring 2020 after endorsements from prominent Democrats and funding from the state Democratic County, was charged in Dane County. That’s because he maintains a residence there in Cottage Grove (the issue of where he actually lived was a controversy during the election, in which he defeated a Scott Walker appointee.) Before he was elected judge, Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett pitched Blomme for a judicial appointment he didn’t get and named him chairman of a major city zoning board.
Gotta feel sorry for the investigators who had to view the evidence. Hope they find the victim’s and the thugs who committed the rapes.

He was charged in Dane because his house in Cottage Grove was the target of the search warrants, the IP address used to upload most was tied to the Charter account of his address, among other things. He also uploaded from a ‘friend’s” house in Milwaukee.
I don’t see anywhere in the criminal complaint where they state he used g’vment computers for his pedophilia. But they did track him by way of his use of personal email accounts that he used for both.

He was set free yesterday day on a signature bond by Dane Court Commissioner Brian Asmus , who said Blomme’s bedmate is interested in protecting their two adopted kids. Good God. Can you believe that shit?

First, my bad: Above I stated “The charges state he possessed and _uploaded_ videos.” The actual charges stipulate possession only. Indeed, I can find no state statute which calls out a crime for dissemination of child pornography. (My question: Why the hell not?!?)

That commissioner Asmus (perfect name, btw) released this gutter slime with unfettered access to kids – aside from no bail – is bad enough – but that suggests they are not even looking at Blomme’s “husband”.

The questions unanswered are, found *uploading* videos from home IP address, how did he get them, where did they originate, and who recorded them? The investigation is just six weeks old. Perhaps the investigators already know the answers. I would guess they’ve ID’d to whom they were sent and dominoes will start to fall.
But to assume “husband” was unaware all this time – wasn’t a participant – and is any sort of safe guardian makes no sense.

However, the court commissioner still sucks.
Doesn’t take away a passport? Still allowed to see his kids unsupervised even though CPS is still investigating. Putting that much trust in his husband. A lot more charges possible. Still has access to the internet with few exceptions.
Oh, but he never tried to meet the kids in the videos, so that makes it ok.
