Sotomayor is Grossly Wrong on the Facts

It’s interesting to remember that she didn’t make that up out of whole cloth. In what circles is she running where they are throwing around such wildly wrong information? Where did she hear this?

But then Sotomayor went off the rails: “We have over 100,000 children, which we’ve never had before, in serious condition and many on ventilators.”

That’s wildly incorrect, assuming she is referring to hospitalizations, given the reference to ventilators. According to HHS data, as of Jan. 8 there are about 5,000 children hospitalized in a pediatric bed, either with suspected covid or a confirmed laboratory test. This figure includes patients in observation beds. So Sotomayor’s number is at least 20 times higher than reality, even before you determine how many are in “serious condition.”

Moreover, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, there have been less than 100,000 – 82,843 to be exact – hospital admissions of children confirmed with covid since Aug. 1.

And there are far fewer children that are hospitalized DUE to Covid. That 5k number is actually the children that are in the hospital WITH covid. Broken arm, test positive… you are counted in that 5k number.

All if which is embarrassingly far from the 100k that Leroy’s girlfriend didn’t fact check before lying. Congress can impeach Justices… however, I suggest they wait until the end of 2024 to do it :)

Far more troubling that her lack of understanding of a medical statistic… (of course the actual number of children or people hospitalized should have ZERO significance in the case as it’s unconstitutional if it’s 1 person or 400 million people)…

    https://www.nationalreview.com/news/justice-sotomayor-claims-not-to-understand-the-distinction-between-state-and-federal-powers/

“I’m not sure I understand the distinction why the states would have the power [to institute a mandate such as OSHA’s], but the federal government wouldn’t,”

Back off. She is a Wise Latina.

Someone tell the Wise Latina that the Japanese make her look like she’s a cavewoman (that’s explains why Leroy is yearning for her!).

    >Although we encourage all citizens to receive the COVID-19 vaccination, it is not compulsory or mandatory. Vaccination will be given only with the consent of the person to be vaccinated after the information provided. Please get vaccinated of your own decision, understanding both the effectiveness in preventing infectious diseases and the risk of side effects. No vaccination will be given without consent. Please do not force anyone in your workplace or those who around you to be vaccinated, and do not discriminate against those who have not been vaccinated.

Don’t forget that Stephen Breyer said that were 750,000,000 new Covid cases.
That’s a pretty good trick since there are only about 330,000,000 living in the US.
Is it any wonder we vhave such uneducated people like Lying Karen Le Roi? Even the supposed the smartest liberal is an uneducated dumbass.

Vaccination will be given only with the consent of the person to be vaccinated after the information provided.

That’s because the Japanese are FAR more sensitive to the demands of the Nuremberg Code.

Another way to put it: the Japanese, unlike Sotomayor, KNOW of the Nuremberg Code and have actually read it.

The more elite the liberal the more meaningless being factually correct becomes. The Wise Latina is not bound by reality like the rest of us deplorables, although you’d think maybe she’d be a bit more careful with her public comments. No point in offering to be laughably wrong.

The Government: “This pandemic is so very deadly that we must force everyone working for a company with 100+ employees to get vaccinated with a shot that we haven’t fully approved”.

Also The Government: “If things are bad, just allow covid positive staff to work, if they’re asymptomatic or ‘mildly’ symptomatic.

    https://bangordailynews.com/2022/01/10/news/us-hospitals-letting-asymptomatic-covid-positive-staff-members-stay-on-the-job/

    >Last month, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention said that health care workers who have no symptoms can return to work after seven days with a negative test, but that the isolation time can be cut further if there are staffing shortages.

    >France last week announced it is allowing health care workers with mild or no symptoms to keep treating patients rather than isolate.

    >In the Phoenix area, Dignity Health, a major hospital operator, sent a memo to staff members saying those infected with the virus who feel well enough to work may request clearance from their managers to go back to caring for patients.

    This can’t be made up.
