As if La Follette wasn’t enough of a joke.

La Follette, the only Democrat in statewide office, filed a lawsuit Tuesday in Dane County against Walker and state Department of Administration Secretary Scott Neitzel.

La Follette says the budget Walker signed into law Sunday results in his office having only one staff person. The office also would be relocated to the basement of the state Capitol building, reducing office space to about 900 square feet.

The lawsuit contends La Follette’s budget was cut by 47 percent, making it “practically impossible” for him to do his job.

Doesn’t it seem like he should sue the legislature too? Heck, why not sue the citizens of Wisconsin too for electing Walker!
